Location-wise good. Near to mall. Overall pleasant stay. Comfortable.

Booked for the 3-4th time here, went for a more spacious room this time but quite disappointed. Visible stains on towels. Water heater not working. Location of power supply not strategic. Very tiring week, just wanted to rest. that's why we dont bother to call staffs for assistance. Overall is ok

Room was clean. Location was good. Staff are friendly. Curtains are dark, which is great for sleeping. And a balcony all to yourself.

Room is small. If you’ve got a few suitcases it’s a bit of a squeeze.

I changed the booking to another Celyn hotel (Celyn City Hotel) as the actual hotel is far from anything. And is a hassle to get anywhere. The staff accommodated the change with a transfer fee of RM20. The actual hotel looked pleasant enough. But unfortunately, i can't say the same for Celyn City Hotel. PROS: 1. Location, location, location! Its literally walking distance to the famous seafood spot and Phillipines Market. CONS: 1. The lift and stairway is shared, and is so run-down and dirty. Seriously looks like an old brothel lift. 2. Toilet floor was slippery with mold. 3. The space between the bed and window is super dusty and even some parts of the floor 4. The ac is not functioning well and we had to wait for quite awhile before the room cools down Its okay for a quick stay and definitely not for fussy travelers. But the location is perfect.

Toilet got bad smell eventhough its clean. Corridor got stuffy smell. Cafe not clean. I can see ants crawling for leftovers. Food served are already cold and tasteless and my friend found hair in her food.

Excellent location next to the local shopping centre - City Mall with everything close by including hair salon, vegetarian restaurant, coffee houses, game centres, cinema and bookstore etc. Simple but great breakfast also was included.

The bathroom is bit small for a big family.

Washbasin was badly clogged... mainatainace guy couldn't fix it. Aircon was not working... mainatainace guy kept working on t till 1am in morning but couldn't fix it. Room was stuffy... Bed was too small (Queen size or even smaller) for a family with 1 toddler. there was no extra cot for the little one. Pictures they have shown on booking.com are misleading. Room was really sub-standard.

i'll give your hot shower 10 star!

dirt on the floor. need to mop/clean or provide paper slipper. wifi is not strong. i did not get any network.

The nearest hotel to the level up fitness at city mall

The air conditioner was not cooling enough thoUgh it’s already set at 16oC The floor will dusty !!

apparently I've wrongly booked the hotel at the other location, but the staffs were helpful to contact the other location and changed it to the preferred location.

the water kettle on the dressing table has spider webs. lights are very dim.

Wifi is good, location next to citymall.

Towels were stained, did not get queen bed like what i book but instead single beds. No extra floor rugs inside the bathroom as is slippery.

When booking, already request do not arrange corner room, when check in, is arranged corner room and corridor super smelly of smoking.
